Before contacting us about your technical issue, we ask you to perform the actions below, as these will often fix the issue:
- Empty your device cache
- Reinstall the app
- Make sure to give the app all permissions
- Keep your wifi connection switched on (even without a network to connect to)
- Keep your energy save mode OFF while using the app as this limits its performance
- Do your check-in outdoors
- Avoid jailbreak or unlocked root permissions
