The application can't determine my geolocation

To correctly determine your location, make sure that:
- geolocation is enabled on the device;
- a stable internet connection is available;
- allow the application to determine your location.

How does it work?

Android
Open "Settings" on your device, click on "Applications", which is located in the "Device" section.
You will see a list of all applications installed on your Android device. Click on the BeMyEye app in the list to view additional information. You will see the item "Permissions", which lists all the permissions to which the application has access. Grant the required permissions (access) if necessary.

IOS
Open your iPhone's settings. Select "Privacy". Select "Location Services". In the list that opens, find the "BeMyEye" application and allow it to use your geolocation. Restart your phone or open and close the app.
