There could be a few reasons why the app can't authenticate you during login.
- You entered incorrect login details - make sure to double check if your password is correct. You can request a new one in case you have forgotten your password.
- You have changed devices and your account is still associated with your previous device. In this case you need to request us to dissociate the device from your account by filling out this form
- Short term technical issue that may cause the app not to function as it should - just a bit of patience as this often won't last long!
If all that doesn't work, please reinstall the app and try logging in again.
