The barcode scanner doesn't work

If you can't scan the barcode during any of your missions, please try to: 

- Get closer to the barcode in order for it to fit in the frame.
- Make sure the barcode is aligned with the vertical lines.

Once in focus the barcode should automatically be captured and appear on your screen.

If it's not working during your first (example) mission it could be that you are experiencing a minor bug. You can abandon the mission, since it's only a 'fake' mission to show you how the app works. You should be fine to carry out any other mission.

If you still can't scan the barcode during your next mission, please take a clear photo of the barcode for your mission to be validated.
