Unfortunately, when your mission is marked as ‘incomplete’ or ‘rejected’ it means that it was not completed following the instructions and we can’t approve it.
Incomplete
When a mission is sent back to you as “incomplete”, it means that we are missing some information or photos, and we need you to adjust the mission in order for us to approve it.
Rejected
When a mission is rejected it means that you unfortunately did something wrong that can’t be corrected. So the mission will be rejected and will be available again on the map for other Eyes to book.
How do we use these incomplete or rejected missions? We don’t!
Our main goal is to deliver data of high quality to our clients. We agree with our clients what they want to find out and we create the missions based on that. If only part of the data is correct, this would mean the client would end up with partial data if we were to accept incomplete missions, which of course isn’t what they want. Therefore, we only deliver reports that are complete and 100% correct.
We also want to remind you that if we reject a mission or send it back as ‘incomplete’ that it’s as much of a cost to us as it is to you. That is because our Approval Team took the time to evaluate your work and point out what needs to be corrected in order to approve that mission.
So trust us when we tell you that we would really prefer to approve your mission right away!
