If your mission was returned to you with an “Incomplete” status, this means that our Approval Team has spotted an error or missing data in your mission, making them unable to approve it.
If you choose to adjust the error you can accept the 'offer' to make a change by clicking the link provided in the email that was sent to you after your mission was judged as 'incomplete'. Once you have received this judgement, you'll have 3 hours to either accept or refuse to correct your mission. If you don't respond within those 3 hours, the mission will automatically be given a status 'abandoned'.
Once accepted, you'll have 24 hours (depending on the time of when the status 'incomplete' was given) to correct your mission. If you don't submit the changes within the required time frame, your mission will be given a status 'abandoned' and will then be available for someone else to book.
Good to know:
- If additional photos are required you'll have to go back to the store of the mission, check-in and add the missing photos (delete the old ones, if necessary)
- If you only need to clarify some information, you can check-in anywhere by selecting 'the location is misplaced'. Check for the flagged question and leave a comment explaining what had to be clarified.
