If you've requested a withdrawal from your wallet with the wrong fiscal data (email, phone number etc.) - you must contact PayPal / Qiwi support directly to explain the issue. They can then reset the payment request on their side.
To change your fiscal data just open the application and click on "Edit my profile". Scroll down, enter the correct data, choose your payment method and save the changes. A message will be sent to your email address to confirm the change.
