If you are unable to access the email address you originally registered with when joining BeMyEye you will have to provide us with some details that will allow us to uniquely identify you and replace your old address with a new and accessible one.
We need you to send us the following details:
- Registration email address you can no longer access
- New Email address you would like to now use
- A scanned copy of your identification document e.g. Passport or Driving Licence
- If you have carried out missions in the past we kindly ask you to give us general information about one of your most recent undertaken missions e.g. name of mission, location or outline of the task.
You can use this form to report it.
After sending us all of these details we will then process your request and later contact you with information about your updated account email address.
These are specific security measures that we put in place to protect the personal data of our users.
