I've been paid less than expected, what could be the reason?

Missions have either a fixed or a variable payout and a payout will only be done once your mission has been approved. Besides this, we will compensate you in some cases you were not able to carry out the mission. 

In case of a fixed payout it's simple. You'll receive a fixed amount once your mission is approved. In case you were not able to carry out your mission, you might receive a percentage of this fixed amount as compensation.

In case of a variable payout, you'll see a minimum and maximum payout indicated. The compensation for your mission will depend on how many questions you answer, products you find etc. We often use this mechanism so we give our eyes an incentive to answer more questions and thus will be able to deliver much more extensive data to our clients.
