The management of the service of uploading the ID is entrusted to an automated system on which we have no type of manual control. However, at least at the beginning, it is not strictly necessary to add your ID documents.

We ask you to upload your documents when your earnings exceed 150€/ £150/ 150CHF.
You can add your ID document or passport directly in the profile section of the app.
Please remind that is better to upload a scan version of your documents rather than a photo and the document data must be the same as reported in the "profile" section of the App.
