Other technical problem

If you experience a technical problem, try to follow these steps.

- empty your device cache

- uninstall and download the app once more

- be sure to give the app all permissions

- keep your wifi connection always switched on (even without a network to connect to)

- keep your energy save mode OFF whilst using the app as this limits its performance

- do your check-in outdoors

- avoid jailbreak or unlocked root permissions
