My mission came back with an "Incomplete" status, what does it mean?

An incomplete status means we have reviewed your mission report but have not been able to approve it, as it was nor properly completed. We need you to go back to the location in order to make the necessary corrections to your mission questions. Please note that we can only accept any additional information directly from your mission report, and cannot accept any information via email.
