An incomplete status means that we have reviewed your mission report but have not been able to approve it, as it was not properly completed.
For these missions, there is the possibility to take back the mission to amend it where needed.
Please note that we can only accept any additional information directly from your mission report, and cannot accept any information via email.
Sometimes this will require you to return to the store, however on some occasions you will be able to correct from any location. This will be explained to you in the comments.
To take a mission back you will need to select this option on the app.
Accept or decline to complete the mission within 3 hours from notification.
- If additional pictures are required: you need to go back to the store, check-in again and complete the mission
- If only written information is required, you can 'force' the second check-in (wherever you are) selecting 'The location is misplaced' and taking a picture of the floor
All the actions must be done within 24 hours from acceptance.
