Depending on your payment method there could be a few reasons you haven't been paid. Please find possible reasons per payment method below:
Your PayPal account must be validated in order to receive payments, via an internal email verification procedure at PayPal. You won't lose the amount you requested, if your account wasn't validated at the time of requesting a payment. You just have to request a payout again once your Paypal account is active and validated.
Payments via bank transfer are fulfilled through our partner, Mangopay. Due to bank processing time it can take 3-5 working days for payments to be transferred into your account. Haven't received your payment after 5 workings days? Please contact us and we'll check what's going on!
